V.I.P Bride Package

 Saving your sanity during the planning process, The Very Important Bride Package is  more than just “day of coordination.” We will provide you with the extra help and support you may need to plan the wedding of your dreams!

Package Price: $2500


Not knowing where to the start? Our V.I.P. Bridal Package includes everything that will give you that peace mind during the plannig process and on your wedding day.
  • 5 zoom meeting and 2 in person meetings – one of which will be a venue walk through.
  • Vendor recommendations – we can help find the perfect vendors, get availability and pricing for you. Making it easier for you to decide on who you want to hire, without the research hassle.
  • Help with some of the wedding planning process – We do a little more “hand holding” with this package, which is perfect for any couple who needs even more advice and guidance throughout their time planning the perfect wedding. Sometimes you just need that go-to person that you know you can count on during those tough planning months and get even more help than our average day of coordination couple. This is why the services in this package begin 6 month out.
  • Wedding Party Rehearsal ($200 value) – your coordinator will be there to coordinate your entire bridal party and family, ensuring that everyone is comfortable walking down the aisle, knows their places, where to stand and sit,etc. — All while getting everyone off to the rehearsal dinner on time! This is already included in this package, should you need it.


Also Includes:

  • Complete wedding management and day-of execution for up to 12hrs.
  • Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day of.
  • Venue walk-through to go over details of the wedding day.
  • Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. Any phone and  video chats need to be pre-scheduled ~ We are always here for you!
  • Monthly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned.
  • Timeline creation and run of show of wedding day details and distributed to vendors. – we keep everyone in check!
  • Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed on your Day of event vendor form and confirm their arrival times, meal counts, confirm services booked and any other important details, at least 1 week or more prior to the wedding.
  • Greet wedding vendors and be point of contact the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you will questions or concerns!
  • Distribute bouquets & pins corsages to bridal party, attendants & family members.
  • Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.
  • Set-up and styling of all wedding elements ~ this is key to having your vision come to life! (Escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, photo booth props, DIY elements, etc.)* DOES NOT INCLUDE DECORATING SERVICES
  • Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution.
  • Professional Day of  theWedding Coordinator, onsite for up to 12 hours of wedding day management ~ every wedding includes (1)  wedding coordinator.
    *A second Coordinator is required for all , V.I.P weddings. Additional fees will apply for weddings with more than 20  people in the wedding party.
  • Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors ~ you won’t have time to do this as you will be too busy having the best day of your life!
  • Retain the marriage license for officiant.
  • Retrieve wedding gifts / cards ~ we will monitor the flow of the card box and personally hand the card box to you at the end of the night.
  • Most importantly, customized MEP Wedding Day “Emergency Kit” ~ Trust us, it always comes in handy!





Serenity Bridal Package

 The Serenity Bridal Package is for the couple who has completed their planning (or plans to do so) and is looking for a Wedding Day Coordinator to execute their vision. This package will allow our couples to relax and be a guest at their own wedding!

Package Price: $1250

 

The Bride Serenity Package includes the following services

  • 2-3 zoom meetings  – 1 venue walk through. We want to learn your wedding vision inside and out!
  • Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day of.
  • Venue walk-through to go over details of the wedding day.
  • Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. 10 phone calls which need to be be pre-scheduled ~ We are always here for you!
  • Monthly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned.
  • Timeline creation and run of show of wedding day details and distributed to vendors. – we keep everyone in check!
  • Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed on your DOS vendor form and confirm their arrival times, get insurance info, meal counts, confirm services booked and any other important details, at least 1 week or more prior to the wedding.
  • Help bride select wedding theme concept ( does not include styling event)
  • Most importantly, MEP customized  Wedding Day “Emergency Kit” ~ Trust us, it always comes in handy!

Small Social Distance Wedding Packages

 

Up to 40 guests, based on 4-hour event


  • Décor includes ceremony arch/chuppah, bridal bouquet, reception floral arrangements
  • 3-catering with 2 servers during your event 
  • Planning and dedicated on-site coordination throughout your wedding
  • Tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, linens
  • Live stream of wedding ceremony to remote family and friends
